- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Nutella
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and sugar, then sprinkle in the yeast. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture, eggs, and softened butter. Knead until smooth.
- Cover the dough and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough and roll it out into a rectangle. Spread Nutella evenly over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and slice into pieces. Place in a greased loaf pan and let rise again for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, sprinkle some chopped hazelnuts on top before baking.
- This bread can be enjoyed warm or at room temperature.
