Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs, salt, and pepper together.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon and chicken ham until crispy.
- Add the bacon and ham to the egg mixture along with the mozzarella cheese and pizza sauce.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the eggs are set.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
