Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing)
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt (for topping)
  • Optional fresh herbs for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and yeast.
  2. Add the warm water and stir until the mixture is combined and sticky.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rise at room temperature for 12 to 18 hours.
  4. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and place a baking pan inside to heat up.
  5. Once risen, pour olive oil onto a clean surface and transfer the dough onto it. Shape it gently without kneading.
  6. Stretched dough into the hot baking pan and let it rise for another 20 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle sea salt and optional herbs on top.
  8. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Allow it to cool before slicing and serving.
