- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup whole wheat flour

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add the peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Gradually add the whole wheat flour until just incorporated.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow muffins to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding chocolate chips or nuts to the batter.
- These muffins can be frozen for later use, just thaw and enjoy!
