Ground Beef Philly Cheesesteaks with Turkey Bacon Delight

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 8 ounces provolone cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté the onions and bell peppers until soft.
  3. Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Slice the hoagie rolls open and layer with the ground beef mixture, crispy turkey bacon, and provolone cheese.
  5. Place the sandwiches under a broiler until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
