  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 8 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cooked rice, turkey bacon, chicken ham, half of the cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stuff the bell peppers with the mixture.
  6. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil, add the remaining cheese on top, and bake for another 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
