- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 8 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked rice, turkey bacon, chicken ham, half of the cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the bell peppers with the mixture.
- Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil, add the remaining cheese on top, and bake for another 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- You can add other vegetables to the stuffing mixture for extra flavor.
- These stuffed peppers are freezer-friendly.
