Instructions
- Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast in a bowl and let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
- Gradually add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour, stirring until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes, then place it in a greased bowl and cover.
- Allow the dough to rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Transfer the dough to a baking sheet, dimple the surface with your fingers, and drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle rosemary and sea salt on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
