Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together protein powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs, then add Greek yogurt and olive oil.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into bagels.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Air fry the bagels for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider sprinkling everything bagel seasoning on top before air frying.
- These bagels can also be customized by adding in herbs or cheese.
