  • 1 cup pizza sauce

  • 1/2 cup sliced olives

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, sauté ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add pizza sauce and Italian seasoning to the beef and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Slice zucchinis into thin rounds and layer half in a baking dish.
  5. Spread half of the beef mixture over the zucchinis, followed by half of the cheese.
  6. Layer the remaining zucchinis, beef mixture, and top with cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
