- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, adding taco seasoning until well mixed.
- In a large casserole dish, layer tortilla chips, followed by the beef mixture, black beans, corn, salsa, and cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
- Top with dollops of sour cream before serving.
