Instructions
- Slice the onions into rings.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each onion ring first in the egg, then in the almond flour mixture, ensuring it’s well coated.
- In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Fry the onion rings until golden brown.
- During the last minute, add chopped turkey bacon to the skillet to crisp it up.
- Remove from heat and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
Notes
- For extra crunch, you can double coat the onion rings.
- Try adding other spices based on your preference.
