- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped mint
- 1 lime cut into wedges
Instructions
- Cook the rice vermicelli noodles according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, fish sauce, and sesame oil; marinate the chicken in this mixture for about 30 minutes.
- Grill or sauté the chicken until cooked through.
- To assemble, place noodles in a bowl and top with chicken, carrots, cucumber, bean sprouts, cilantro, and mint.
- Squeeze lime juice over the bowl and serve.
