- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
- Add melted butter, cream, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, mixing until combined.
- Fold in the chopped chocolate.
- Drop tablespoons of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until set.
- Let cookies cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
Notes
- For an extra touch, fill the cookies with additional ganache.
- Let the cookies cool completely before storing.
