- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; drain excess fat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the milk, eggs, flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the cooked ground beef, cheddar cheese, ketchup, and mustard.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until set and golden brown on top.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add diced jalapenos to the beef mixture.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
