- 1 cup shredded turkey bacon
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Bake potatoes for about 45 minutes or until tender.
- Allow potatoes to cool, then scoop out the insides.
- Mix potato insides with sour cream, cheese, turkey bacon, and green onions.
- Refill potato skins with the mixture, top with additional cheese, and bake for another 15 minutes.
