Description

Delicious and savory Twice Baked Potato Bites filled with turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded chicken ham
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash the potatoes and poke holes in them with a fork. Bake for 45 minutes or until tender.
  3. Let the potatoes cool slightly and then cut them in half lengthwise.
  4. Scoop out the insides and place them in a bowl.
  5. Add the chicken ham, turkey bacon, sour cream, shredded cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper into the bowl and mix thoroughly.
  6. Fill the potato skins with the mixture and place them back on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

  • For extra flavor, add some cooked garlic or onion to the filling mix.
