Delicious and savory Twice Baked Potato Bites filled with turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients

- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 cup shredded chicken ham
- 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash the potatoes and poke holes in them with a fork. Bake for 45 minutes or until tender.
- Let the potatoes cool slightly and then cut them in half lengthwise.
- Scoop out the insides and place them in a bowl.
- Add the chicken ham, turkey bacon, sour cream, shredded cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper into the bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Fill the potato skins with the mixture and place them back on a baking sheet.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- For extra flavor, add some cooked garlic or onion to the filling mix.
