Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
- Stir in the melted butter.
- Add the sugar, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the vanilla and eggs. Mix until combined.
- Gradually mix in the flour until just incorporated.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
