- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 4 strips turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Stir in chicken broth and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning; mix well.
- Combine cooked pasta and turkey bacon into the skillet; toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For a lighter version, replace heavy cream with milk.
- Feel free to add vegetables such as spinach or bell peppers.
