- 1 pound ditalini pasta
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste

- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the ditalini pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix until well coated.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For an extra kick, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- Can be made ahead and reheated before serving.
