- 8 ounces ditalini pasta
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the ditalini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the chopped turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Add butter to the skillet and melt over medium heat. Stir in the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked pasta and crispy turkey bacon to the skillet. Toss to combine and heat through.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, omit the turkey bacon and add some sautéed vegetables instead.
- Adjust the amount of garlic based on your preference.
