- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 egg, beaten
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the bread crumbs, turkey bacon, onion, celery, chicken broth, sage, thyme, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- For a nutty flavor, consider adding chopped walnuts to the mixture.
- These stuffing balls can also be made ahead of time and reheated.
