- 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 2 cups bread crumbs

- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the turkey bacon, chicken ham, bread crumbs, sage, thyme, pepper, onion, and celery.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and chicken broth.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry mixture until well combined.
- Form the mixture into balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- These stuffing balls can be made a day in advance and reheated before serving.
