Ingredients

  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the turkey bacon, chicken ham, bread crumbs, sage, thyme, pepper, onion, and celery.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and chicken broth.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry mixture until well combined.
  5. Form the mixture into balls and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
