Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Place the chicken thighs in the pressure cooker.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken, coating it evenly.
- Seal the pressure cooker and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
- Release the pressure, carefully remove the chicken, and serve with the sauce.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions for added flavor.
