  • 4 large lettuce leaves

  • 1/2 cucumber, julienned
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger until smooth.
  2. Lay out the lettuce leaves and spread some peanut sauce on each.
  3. Add shredded chicken, carrot, cucumber, and chopped peanuts on top.
  4. Wrap the lettuce leaves tightly around the filling.
  5. Serve with additional peanut sauce on the side.
