Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
- Add ginger and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and soy sauce; bring to a boil.
- Add red bell pepper and mushrooms; cook for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in bok choy and green onions; simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Finish with lime juice and cilantro before serving.
