Ingredients

- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the beef over medium-high heat until browned.
- In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro.
- In a small bowl, whisk together fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, and red pepper flakes.
- Add the beef to the salad mixture and pour the dressing over everything.
- Toss well to combine and serve immediately.
