Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the beef over medium-high heat until browned.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Add the beef to the salad mixture and pour the dressing over everything.
  5. Toss well to combine and serve immediately.
