  • 8 rice paper wrappers
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
  2. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in Thai basil leaves.
  5. Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until soft.
  6. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture on each wrapper and roll tightly.
  7. Heat oil in a pan and fry the rolls until golden brown.
  8. Drain on paper towels and serve with dipping sauce.
