  • 1 can (15 ounces) pinto beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  3. Stir in chili powder, cumin, and smoked paprika, cooking for another minute.
  4. Add crushed tomatoes, kidney beans, pinto beans, and beef broth.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper, bring to a simmer.
  6. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for at least 30 minutes.
