- 4 bell peppers
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a skillet, cook the ground chicken over medium heat until browned.
- Add the pineapple chunks, teriyaki sauce, cooked rice, green onions, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet; mix well.
- Stuff the bell peppers with the chicken mixture.
- Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the peppers are tender.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
