  • 4 bell peppers
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground chicken over medium heat until browned.
  4. Add the pineapple chunks, teriyaki sauce, cooked rice, green onions, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet; mix well.
  5. Stuff the bell peppers with the chicken mixture.
  6. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the peppers are tender.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
