- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground turkey to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, and rice vinegar. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can marinate the turkey in the sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Serve with steamed broccoli or on a bed of rice for a complete meal.
