  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add the chicken, and cook until browned.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, bring the marinade to a boil.
