- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, add the chicken, and cook until browned.
- Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, bring the marinade to a boil.
- Mix cornstarch with water and add to the marinade to thicken.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coat with the sauce, and serve.
