- 4 pieces chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup cucumber, grated
- 1 tablespoon dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, oregano, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken thighs and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- In another bowl, combine the yogurt, grated cucumber, chopped dill, salt, and pepper to make the tzatziki sauce.
- Serve the grilled chicken with tzatziki on the side.
