- 1 cup sour cream

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned.
- Stir in sliced mushrooms and cook until softened.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture, stirring to combine.
- Gradually pour in beef broth, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
- Reduce heat and add sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika. Stir until warmed through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over egg noodles or rice.
