- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt to taste

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the chopped onion. Sauté until translucent.
- Add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, cooking until softened.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Sprinkle flour over the beef mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce; bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in sour cream until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over egg noodles or rice, and enjoy!

- For a healthier option, you can substitute ground turkey for ground beef.
