Instructions

  2. Add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, cooking until softened.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the beef mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce; bring to a simmer.
  6. Reduce heat to low and stir in sour cream until smooth.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve over egg noodles or rice, and enjoy!
