- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, turkey bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with tortilla chips, pita bread, or fresh veggies.
- This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
