Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, vegetable oil, and spices to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and shake off excess. Place on the grill or in the oven.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and has char marks.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges and fresh herbs.
