- 2 pieces of garlic bread
- 1 cup cooked tandoori chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded tandoori chicken with olive oil, chili flakes, and garlic powder.
- Place the garlic bread on a baking sheet.
- Top the garlic bread with the tandoori chicken mixture evenly.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken.
- Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped cilantro.
- Slice and serve warm.

- For an extra kick, add more chili flakes or your favorite hot sauce.
