Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions.

- In the same skillet, brown the ground beef until cooked through.
- Add black beans, corn, and salsa to the beef; mix well and heat through.
- Assemble bowls with rice at the base, topped with beef mixture, crumbled turkey bacon, cheese, sliced avocado, and green onions.

- You can substitute ground turkey for beef if preferred.
