- 1 package frozen hashbrowns
- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 taco seasoning packet
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
Instructions
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop it into pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the hashbrowns, turkey bacon, cheese, black beans, taco seasoning, tomatoes, and onions.
- Transfer the mixture to the crockpot and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- Once cooked, stir and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add jalapeños or bell peppers.
- Can substitute regular bacon for turkey bacon.
