Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Peel and slice sweet potatoes thinly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cranberry sauce, cream, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Layer sweet potatoes in a baking dish, pouring the mixture over them.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
