Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the honey and cinnamon, stirring over medium heat until fully blended.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, melt the butter and mix with sugar until creamy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour the honey mixture into the egg mixture and stir until combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a dessert dish and chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
- Serve chilled, garnished with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
