Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 4 large tortillas
- 1/2 cup cheese, shredded
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken and sweet chili sauce until well combined.
- Lay out each tortilla on a flat surface.
- Place a portion of the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla.
- Top with lettuce, bell peppers, and cheese.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll it up tightly from the bottom.
- Serve immediately with extra sweet chili sauce on the side.
Notes
- For extra crunch, add sliced cucumbers or carrots.
- Serve with a side of rice for a more filling meal.
