Instructions
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another pot, mix water and oil, bring to a boil, and then pour into the dry ingredients.
- Stir to form a dough, then let it cool slightly.
- Shape the dough into small bites and place them in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 375°F for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and roll the churro bites in the mixture after air frying.
Notes
- Keep an eye on the churros to prevent overcooking.
- Adjust sugar and cinnamon to your preference.
