Instructions

  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.

  4. Add the cooked rice, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the beef, and stir well.
  5. Stuff the mixture into the prepared peppers and place them in a baking dish.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove foil, sprinkle cheese on top of each pepper, and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
