Ingredients

  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a skillet, heat the olive oil and brown the ground beef.
  4. Add cooked rice, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning to the beef.
  5. Stuff each bell pepper with the beef mixture.
  6. Top with shredded cheese.
  7. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, removing the foil for the last 10 minutes.
