- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup strawberry jam
- 24 Hershey’s Kisses, unwrapped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add flour, vanilla, and salt, and mix until combined.
- Shape the dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Press a small indentation in the center of each cookie and fill it with strawberry jam.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- After removing from the oven, immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- For a variation, try adding chopped nuts or chocolate chips to the dough.
