Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in crushed strawberries.
- Drop tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Allow to cool on wire racks.
Notes
- For an extra crunch, sprinkle more crushed strawberries on top before baking.
- Chill the dough for 30 minutes for thicker cookies.
