Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, gochujang, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar to make the marinade.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and add to the marinade. Mix well and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread chicken onto skewers.
- Grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and slightly charred.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
