Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, gochujang, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar to make the marinade.
  2. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and add to the marinade. Mix well and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread chicken onto skewers.
  5. Grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and slightly charred.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
