- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and gochujang.
- Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and marinate in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the chicken onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
