  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and gochujang.
  2. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and marinate in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the chicken onto skewers.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
