- 1 cup queso blanco
- 2 cups cooked rice

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Season the flank steak with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Sear the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked to your liking.
- Remove steak from the pan and let it rest before slicing thinly.
- In the same pan, add the cooked rice and queso, stirring until the cheese melts and the rice is well coated.
- Top the queso rice with the sliced steak and garnish with chopped cilantro.
