Instructions

  3. Sear the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked to your liking.
  4. Remove steak from the pan and let it rest before slicing thinly.
  5. In the same pan, add the cooked rice and queso, stirring until the cheese melts and the rice is well coated.
  6. Top the queso rice with the sliced steak and garnish with chopped cilantro.
